Adding New User
To Set up new users in MyBSquared
- In MyBSquared Navigate to Manage Users
- Select Invite Users
- Enter the email addresses of the users to be invited. This must be a real email address as the system will generate a invite email.
- In the drop down menu select the role to assign. *Assignable roles below
- Select the Add option ( + )
- Add additional users from step 3 untill all appear in Assign Licences box.
- Using the slider, select the licences required for Connecting Steps and/or Evisense access
- Press Send Invites then Ok
* Assignable roles are as follows.
- Teaching Assistant/Learning Assistant
- Assistant Head Teacher/Assistant Principal
- Head Teacher/Principal
- Executive Head Teacher/Executive Principal
- Data Manager
- IT Manager
- Student Admin
- Super Administrator (Only one and can only be assigned by BSquared)
Note: Take care setting up Email addresses. Login to Connecting Steps will be exactly as created
