Upload a user profile picture

This guide explains how to add teacher photos so they can be seen in Evisense and Connecting Steps.

Evisense and Connecting Steps will show a photo or the user's initials to identify them. Users can add their own photo or an Administrator can add the photos.

To upload a user profile picture

1. Navigate to Manage Users in My BSquared.
2. Search for the user. Use the Choose Filter drop down list and alphabet to help you search for the required user.

3. Click the Edit icon next to the user.

   The Edit User window opens.

4. Click on the user’s initials.

   The Edit Photo window opens.

5. Click Browse for new image, browse for the image you want to use.
6. Click Save.

The image you selected is added to the user’s profile.
