Forcing users to reset their password

The force password reset will force a user to reset their password, Upon logging in, they will be prompted to change their password.

1. To Force a password reset on a user, go to the manage users page in My BSquared
2. Once on this page, find the user or users that you want to for a password reset for.
3. Click the tick box in the select column.
4. Click the Please select field at the top left of the page and choose Force password reset.

5. Click apply to the right of the field.

   A window will pop up showing the users you have selected.

6. Click Confirm.
