Changing a user's role

You can Change a user's role in My BSquared

1. Navigate to Manage Users.
2. Search for the required user. Use the alphabet to help you search.
3. Select the edit icon (pencil) to access the Edit User panel.
4. Click on the Current User Role (hovering over the user role will show a black border to indicate that this field is clickable).
5. Select a New Role from the drop-down as required (use the scroll button to find the role you want to choose).
6. Click Save.
