This is a list of the fields that can be imported from the MIS system. (These are the SIMS values)

- LOOKED_AFTER
- NEED_TYPE_CATEGORY_CODE ( please note you that you need the SEQUENCE_NO to specify primary, secondary and additional needs)
- SEQUENCE_NO ( specifies the order of Needs. Primary, secondary and additional. Please note you can only add up to 3 Needs)
- PUPIL_PREMIUM
- RELIGION
- SEN
- SERVICE_CHILD_IN_EDUCATION
- STATEMENT_DATE
Most of these fields will map automatically but it is advised that they are checked and any fields the have not mapped can be done manually, see ‘Step7’ in this article
The Need Type Category codes are as follows:
