Adding a new group

There are 4 group types you can use with B Squared software

Group Type

Connecting Steps

Evisense

Analytics

Registration

Teaching

Messaging

Data

System

Note: System groups are managed automatically by the system and are based on values linked to the students.


To add a new group

  1. Navigate to Manage Groups in My BSquared.
  2. Click Add New Group.
  3. In the Create New Group window enter:
    • Group name
    • Group Type: Select from Registration, Teaching, Data or Messaging
  1. Click Enter.

Note: The Group Start Date is only applicable to Registration Groups and should always be backdated to the 1st of September of the academic school year.
