Inviting Parents / Guardians to Evisense

Schools can give access to parents and guardians to use Evisense. Guardians can only view evidence for the students they have been given access to. This is managed by linking guardians to students. We have provided schools with the ability to choose the level of access parents and guardians have and these can be different for each parent the permission levels are, View and like, View, like and comment, View, like, comment and create posts.

Parents also have access to the device’s gallery when adding posts to Evisense so they can post photos or videos they have already captured, as well as control how they receive their notifications when new posts or comments are added, including emails and app notifications.

Any posts parents make will automatically and can only be linked to their child and they are able to switch accounts quickly and easily if using Evisense w\ith multiple children in the same school or different schools

Our Parent Mode feature allows school staff to share Evisense with parents, through their own account during a meeting or parents evening. Parent mode limits what is shown to only what the parents are allowed to see (great when parents do not have access to Evisense themselves).
