Level Complete - How to mark a level as complete
Typically students achieve levels by meeting the best fit percentage. There may be situations where you need to mark a level complete before the best fit percentage has been met. You can do this on the Student Assessment and the Student Level Summary screens.
To mark a level as complete on the Student Assessment screen
- Navigate to the Student Assessment screen.
- Select Group Type, Group, Student, Framework, Subject, Profile and Level in the drop down lists in the Selection panel.
- Click the Complete Level icon. The Set level complete window opens.
- Click Level Complete.
- Click the required date.
- Click Save.
Connecting Steps marks the level complete for this student.
To mark a level as complete on the Student Level Summary screen
- Navigate to the Student Level Summary screen.
- Select Group Type, Group, Student and in the drop down lists in the Selection panel.
- Select the level that you would like to mark as complete.
- Click Level Complete.
- Click the required date.
- Click Save.
Connecting Steps marks the level complete for this student and the Current Level moves up.
