What is Evisense Explorer?

Evisense Explorer is included with all Connecting Steps subscriptions. You get full access to Evisense’s simple, secure parental communication and evidence sharing platform, with one limitation. You cannot upload photos, videos or audio clips. Upgrading to Evisense Premium (Bronze, Silver or Gold) unlocks full media upload features whenever you’re ready.

What if I already use Evisense?

If you are already use Evisense with all of your students, there is no change for you.

If you have been using Evisense for only some of your students, you will now have Evisense Explorer licences to use with your other students. For your students already using Evisense, there is no change.

Bronze, Silver or Gold subscription levels are now our premium Evisense bands. When we changed our Evisense pricing last year, we increased our discount for schools using both Connecting Steps and a premium Evisense subscription. The discount was previously 10%, but has now been increased to 20% discount on your Evisense premium subscription.

How is Evisense Licensed?

Evisense is licensed per student and has unlimited user accounts for staff. You can also invite parents to Evisense without any additional cost.

Can I use Evisense Explorer with more students?

Yes, you can! Evisense is designed as a communication tool to boost parental engagement. It can be used on its own, without Connecting Steps. Using Evisense Explorer allows you to share home school diaries, reading diaries, notices, newsletters and other information in an easy to use social media interface.

If you want to use Evisense Explorer for more students, you can add students on for approximately £1 each (pricing is done in bands).
