How to set up safeguarding leads for Evisense
As part of Evisense’s security features, any user can ‘report’ a post, and it is immediately removed from sight. When a post is reported, a notification is sent to the Safeguarding Leads. So they can review the post and decide the correct course of action.
As a default, the Super Administrator receives the notifications and is responsible for managing reported posts until the Safeguarding Leads are set up.
To set a user as a safeguarding lead, edit the user on the Manage User screen by clicking on the pencil icon and then change set the Safeguarding Lead value to on.
