I can’t see my new students in Connecting Steps

A student has been added to the system and is showing their group in the Manage Students screen, but they are not appearing in Connecting Steps.

An Administrator needs to log in to the My BSquared portal.

On Manage Students look at the Software icons on the right-hand side under the heading “Software“. Make sure the Connecting Steps icon is showing Green for the student. If it is Red, just click on the icon and it will turn green.

The student will now appear in Connecting Steps. Please log out and log back in again to reload the group information.


Note: you can also select multiple student by using the tick box, then change the drop-down above / below the grid from “Please select” to “Connecting Steps Access” and click on Apply. On the Next Screen turn the slider green and click Save.
