Using System Groups in Analytics
System groups in are automatically managed using student information. Schools often create cohorts based on specific values, such as Pupil Premium/PEF/PDG status or ethnicity. These values are usually stored in the school’s MIS and can be imported into My B Squared, or added manually by editing a student’s record in My BSquared. A student’s membership of system groups is controlled by these values, so once a value is set or imported, the relevant system groups are updated automatically.
