Why does Connecting Steps say we are over a framework limit?

When logging into Connecting Steps, you may get a message that your school is over a framework limit and you are not allowed to log in. This means that you have too many students assigned to one or more frameworks. An administrator for your setting can fix this in My BSquared.

1. As an administrator, log into My BSquared.
2. Select the Assessment Files v5 screen.
3. Each framework you have access to is listed. In the Framework Pupil Limit column, you can see how many students you have assigned and how many you have remaining for each framework.
4. Click on the pencil icon in the Edit column next to a framework name to see the list of students assigned to that framework.
5. Use the icons in the Actions column to remove a student from the framework or set an individual framework for the student.
