How to assign storage tiers to your students

If you or your staff receive the following message, then the listed student has either not been assigned a tier or has exceeded his quota:

"Warning: The following students have exceeded their storage quota, this post will be stored as a draft: XXXX"

Any Evisense administrator can check and correct this by following these steps:

• Log into Evisense
• Click on your initials / avatar in the bottom left corner and select “Storage Management”
• Find the student in the list and check his tier and quota. If no tier has been assigned yet (so if “None” is ticked) or you wish to assign a different tier, just click on the coloured dot of the tier you wish to assign: Bronze/Silver/Gold (Note: if you haven’t purchased licences for a specific tier, then a “no entry” sign will appear when hovering over it)

When you log into Evisense the next time, the new tier will have become active for those students.
